FAQs
Question & Answer
Do you provide any specific kind of therapy?

A variety of therapy services are available from our practice, including crisis intervention, anxiety management, depression counseling, trauma-informed therapy, life transitions counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, stress management, self-esteem building, relationship counseling, recovery from loss, and counseling for personal growth. We customize each service to match your unique requirements.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Anyone coping with life's difficulties, seeking personal progress, or suffering emotional anguish might benefit from therapy. Therapy may provide support and skills to help you manage challenging times when you feel overwhelmed, trapped, or uncertain of how to deal.

Do you accept insurance?

Indeed, we have established relationships with several insurance companies in Massachusetts and are now working on extending our services to Rhode Island. For individuals who want or need them, we also provide self-pay alternatives.

What should I expect during my first therapy session?

In our initial meeting, we will go over your present situation, your objectives, and any pertinent history. At this point in treatment, both you and your therapist may learn more about each other and your specific requirements. Working together, we can develop a strategy that is specific to your needs.

When will treatment begin?

The duration of treatment is tailored to meet your specific requirements and objectives. While longer-term treatment may be beneficial for some, others may see substantial improvement after just one or two sessions. Let's collaborate on a plan and check in on your progress often.
